Enjoy my favorite trip photos!

Many people flock to the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN, areas for entertainment and shopping, but for us, it's all about nature. With so many trails to explore, we already want to go back! We regret booking losing so close to touristy areas and would choose something more rustic next time. Top priority = a great view! One thing that worked well for us was getting out early to beat the crowds. It can be difficult to find parking at popular trailheads. However, if one parking area is full, you can keep going because there are countless other options further down the road. We visited in early spring which made for cool hiking temps, but we would like to visit later in the year next time to see spring flowers or fall foliage.
